ComplyRight's Suite of Solutions Helps Employers Get ACA Reporting Done
Beginning January 2016, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will require employers to file annual information returns with the IRS and deliver employee statements with health plan coverage information. This new reporting requirement is in addition to capturing healthcare costs on Form W-2. The impact of these changes will be tremendous. In fact, experts estimate that 300 million new tax forms will be filed in the upcoming season.
At ComplyRight, we're prepared to help businesses meet these new requirements with a full line of products and services:
- Paper forms: These include the 1094-B, 1094-C, 1095-B and 1095-C. All forms are 100% IRS approved, and corresponding envelopes are available.
- Software: Our proprietary ACA software features the 1094-B, 1094-C, 1095-B and 1095-C forms. Users can complete the forms online and print them out for mailing. Or they can electronically file with the IRS through the software. (Our popular LaserLink software also includes the ACA forms in addition to the W-2, 1099-MISC, etc. However, you cannot e-file the ACA forms through the LaserLink titles.)
- E-File: ComplyRight's e-file website allows employers to enter or import their employee data online. We'll then electronically file ACA reporting forms with the IRS. Plus, you can opt to have us print and mail employee copies.
- Print & Mail: For health plan providers, payroll service providers and employers seeking high-volume processing of ACA forms 1095-C, ComplyRight offers comprehensive print-and-mail services out of our SOC- and HIPAA-certified facility. We also can file your form data electronically with the IRS for one-stop processing.
With all the uncertainty around these new guidelines, one thing is clear. ComplyRight is perfectly positioned to help businesses meet their reporting obligations with a robust selection of products and services.
