Mandatory Labor Law Posting Changes For 2017 and What They Mean For Your Business

2017 has marked the start of federal deregulation efforts under a new administration. But history shows that when federal regulation slows, state and local regulatory activity increases. Nowhere is this more evident than in the area of employment law. Depending on your state, you may now be required to post up to 21 labor law notices. And that doesn’t include local postings: more cities and counties are issuing mandatory posters than ever before.

This insightful webinar will summarize the mandatory posting changes for 2017 and what they mean for your business. It will also explore the legal trends impacting posting compliance, including new city/county posting ordinances, state minimum wage increases and expanded sick pay laws. Plus, you’ll discover how to manage postings for remote and mobile workers.
