We relish being an innovator and solution provider to businesses looking to change their processes, from paper to electronic, per say, but still maintaining the industry leader role in the traditional tax solution business.

Our committment as a business is providing tax solutions to all businesses and all formats.

Tax Form Printers (TFP), OCR and Apex Business Systems, the precursors to ComplyRight Distribution Services, begin producing IRS/SSA forms for businesses.

Tax form industry is revolutionized by the "Tax Form Mailer," a secure self-mailing form popularized by Apex and OCR.

OCR introduces the "Tax Form Programming Guide," enabling businesses to program their mainframes to print on forms without proprietary coding.

OCR begins working with accounting software companies to produce forms that work with their software packages.

Taylor Corporation purchases TFP

TFP purchases Apex and releases TFP 1.0, packaged software for completing and printing 1099s and W-2s. Taylor purchases tax form portion of OCR and merges it with TFP.

TFP begins nationwide distribution of reporting forms through office supply retailers.

TFP introduced LaserLink, packaged software with extensive tax processing capabilities.

TFP first offers Tax Form Packages through over 800 office supply retail superstores.

TFP offers Print & Mail Services, allowing customers to outsource labor-intensive tasks and alleviating them from staffing up for a once-a-year project.

TFP develops, a website to help customers determine which form they needed based on which third-party software they use.

TFP becomes ComplyRight Distribution Services (CDS), partnering with sister company Everglades Direct (now ComplyRight, Inc.) to launch ComplyRight as a national compliance product brand.

CDS introduces TaxRight by ComplyRight as an easy-to-use tax reporting package for small businesses, bundling software, forms, envelopes, and tip sheets together.

CDS launches the efile1 engine, providing a secure Web portal for online e-filing of 1099-MISC and W-2 forms, and supporting e-filing capabilities through TFP and LaserLink Software.

CDS becomes an official IRS e-file transmitter.

CDS becomes SOC-certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

CDS becomes HIPAA-compliant and introduces software, print and e-file services for Affordable Care Act (ACA) forms.

CDS produces forms and kits to support more than 100 million 1099 and W-2 filings.
