ComplyRight research focuses on quantifying the impact of employment regulations and HR compliance trends on the true small business – those with fewer than 100 employees. These businesses are subject to most or all of the same laws as much larger businesses, often without the support of in-house human resource professionals or employment attorneys. As a result, their burden is more acute and their exposure to serious legal consequences can be much greater.
