Set for Success: Evaluating Staff Through Performance Reviews

As a manager, it’s your job to make sure your employees are completing their work in a timely, efficient manner. One of the best ways to ensure your employees are successful is to schedule performance reviews.

Reviews should serve as both a look back at past performance and a time to set expectations for future work. While it can be difficult to set aside the time to prepare for and conduct these long meetings with each employee, doing so is essential to your business. The review process, when done effectively, serves as a powerful tool that helps align staff with the business’s overall priorities and expectations.
